Do I need an Instagram business account?
Yes, a professional (business or creator) account linked to a Facebook page. We set it up with you if you don't have one yet.
Will it reply to every DM?
It replies to customer messages and story replies. You choose auto reply, draft first or off, and you can take over any chat.
Does it work with Facebook Messenger?
Yes. Messenger uses the same assistant, prices and calendar as Instagram and WhatsApp.
Is this allowed by Instagram?
Yes. It connects through Meta's official messaging platform, the same way large brands automate their inboxes.
What happens after the 30 days?
